Valuable Tiwiu 1TN Pursuance of an order of the Knox JL Circuit Court, the undersigned (Commissioners appointed to divide the rval estate of Matthias Kose, deceased, among his several legal representatives,) ili sell at public sale, to the highest bidder, on Saturday the 30lh day of January. 1836 at the late dwelling house of said Matthias Rose, deceased, in Knox county, a farm containing 41J) uteres (if Land Commonly called the Hose Farm, lying about live miles east of Vincennei, en the State Road leading to Louisville and consisting of the South West half of Lots Nos. 51 and 52, in the Old Donation. It lies in a very pleasant and healthy neighborhood, and is in a high state of cultivation; 140 acres cf which is plough land, thirty acres meadow, ?etren acres orchard and one hundred acres cf wood pasture.
