OW, here comes the complninant, and tho

said Isaac Strickland, by hii solicitor, Kli-

sha Kmbre, and the Court being siitlieiently advised, overruled the demurrer herein tiled, and the said Laac Strickland now here withdraws the demurrer aforesaid on leave for this purpose, fust obtained of the Court. And it is ordered, that the said suae Strickland ansver over to the complainant, said bill of complaint; and leave is given the complainant, !o file a supplemental bill herein. And it now here appearing Irom the SherilPs letuin, to the subpoena herein, that the said Stephen Strickland is not found, on motion of the complainant, it is ordered, that the said Stephen Strickland appear hi re, on or before the first day of the next term of thii Court, and answer the complainant's bill of complaint, or the matter and things therein contained will be taken for confessed as against him, and decreed in his absence accordingly. And it is ordered, that notice of Ihe pendency of the complainant's bill of complaint, be given by publication of ttiis order, four weeks successively, iu the Vinccnties Gazette, and that thii cause lie continued until the next term of thii Court.
