In offering to the public a new paper, when there are so many at present, it become us to say a word or two relative to the peculiar qualities it will possess. In the fir3t place we intend to strike out an entire new and originel course. We will not follow the state path cf any cotemporary Journal, but depending on our own resources, aud the favors of a number of valued correspondents, produce at once something worthy of patronago and the smiles of the public. As our title indicates. The GBlaxy 13 intended as a source of
