SOLOMON’S CREEK The fifh annual Darr reunion was held at Blosser’s Park Sunday with about 55 present. Omer Darr was elected president and Miss Cloy Darr secretary-treasurer. Ice cream was enjoyed in the afternoon. It was voted fir have the reunion at the same place next year. Orval Lockwood had his right hand badly smashed last Wednesday while helping move a building. I Orange Luther Cleveland, the son lof Moses and Loritta Cleveland was I born in Lake County, Ind., Sept 28, I 1844, and departed life on August 8, 1 1931, aged 86 years, 10 months and 110 days. I He was the last of nine children. I At the age of 17 he joined the 21st ■ Ohio regiment and fought in the Civil ■ War for 18 months, until he was inIjured. I He was married to Melissa Morgan.' ■in 1890 in Findley, Ohio. They later ■moved .to a farm nea.’ Bourbon where ■he was converted in March 1913 and ■joined the United Brethren Ch'tirch. ■He remained steadfast to the faith ■until his death. When Mr. and Mrs. I ■Cleveland moved to Syracuse in 1920 ■they both joined the U. B. Church Ihere.
