MRS. A. .1. SOMERS "For five years I had been ailing and steadily growing weaker.” said Mrs. A. J. Somers, 804 r i'East Taylor Street, Kokomo. "My stomach gave me constant trouble and I had painful and dangerous gas pains around my heart. My kidneys were bad and a weakened bladder caused me to rise sometimes five or six times in one night. My liver was sluggish and I had occasional dizzy spells. "1 had read a great deal about Konjola and decided to give it a trial. Almost from, the beginning I could see the. change. Today I have a good appetite and am without a trace of indigestion. My kidneys have improved wonderfully and my sleep is sound ami without interruption. I have gained in strength and weight, and feel better than for years. I highly praise ; Konjola for it brought this about after all other medicines had failed.” Konjola is sold in Syracuse at Thornburg Drug Co.’, and by all the best druggists in all towns School Notes Learning that the roads were becoming filled with snow drifts, Friday afternoon, Floyd Strieby, trustee, had the school hacks leave early. High school classes had been dismissed at noon, and students waited at the • school building to go home. But grade school classes were dismissed at 3 o’clock so the busses could go through the snow before the roads became impassable. The contest being held in the English classes on Recognition of Parts of Speech, was won by the Eightht Grade from the Seventh grade; and the Freshmen were victors over the Sophomores: The final contest between the two victors will soon be held. Friday afternoon. Dale Sprague who is just recovering from the ’ pneumonia, entered the doctor’s office saying, “Doctor, there’s just one question I want to ask you." The doctor said, "No, you can’t go!" The new basketball suits for the team came Monday evening. announcement Tidies fast color wash dresses. $1 00. Ladies outing gowns. SI.OO values, 69c, this week.
