Warren Colwell has discontinued his office above the News Stand and has stored his law library for the present. Superintendent Wheeler, of the cement factory, spent the forepart of the week week with his family at Adrian, Mich. A Studebaker automobile has been purchased by the local electric light company, which will pe converted into a semi-truck for use be tween Milford and Syracuse and to and fro to the power house at Benton. Levi Ott and wife, and Mrs. A. Harper of Norville, Mrs. Sam Harrington of Wakarusa, Alva Nicolai and family, Mike Nicolai and wife and Albert Miller and wife spent Sunday with Charley Nicolai and family. Mrs. A. J. Thibodeaux came from Chicago and brought her niece. Mrs. Cleo Wolf, of Mil’ersburg, who has been at Wesley hospital, Chicago for two weeks. Mrs. Thibodeaux will spend ten days with her sisters.
