Louis Heerman went out to Ditton’s place, at Lake Wawasee, for a few week’s fishing yesterday, and Mrs. Heerman went to South Bend to spend a week with her sister, Mrs. Irvan Treesh and family. Melvin Niles returned from Florida Monday, where he had been for several months. He feels well and looks as though the direct rays of the sun have had their chance at his face.. He left Mr. Wilcox’s people all very well. Relatives and friends of Mrs. George Zerbe gave her a very pleasant surprise Sunday, remembrance of her fifty-first birthday.
