Miss Myrtle Vorhis returned to South Bend Monday from a two week’s vacation, one week of which she .spent at Chicago and one, with friends in Syracuse and vicinity. Mrs. Fred Hinderer and daughter, Miss Adah, and Eston Clayton went to Indianapolis Sunday to visit Mrs. Chas. L. Sherfy, formerly Miss Lena Seaman of this place. Ladies Missionary Society of the Church of God will serve sandwitches, coffee, ice cream and cake Jubilee Day in the Stetler building, corner of Main and Huntington street. Hannah Carlson and brother, Harry, who have been visiting Con. Quackenbush and wife and August Carlson and family for several weeks returned to their home at Hobart, Ind., Monday.
