The coming meet of the Yatch Club at WawAsee lake will in all probability be one of the very best ever'held in Indiana orr any of her beautiful lakes. A feature worthy.of mention will be the Appearance of the now yacht of Coirimodore J. F. Wright, ; of Columbus, /Indiana., which has been named Wawasee. Mr Wright will be remembered as a prominent character during the last five years in the regattas on the waters of Wawasee. Elmer Harter, of Warsaw, deputy county surveyor, was in town Friday amKmade this office a pleasant call. Mr. Harter’s name will be presented at the convention to be held Jane 12. 1894, as a candidate for Surveyor subject to its decision.
