Jessica Marshall is top winner in Milford Halloween judging
Jessica Marshall won top honors in the Milford Lions Halloween costume judging last Saturday night. A new student at the Milford school, the fourth grader was dressed as a car hop, complete with roller skates, from the “Happy Days” television show. She is the daughter of 'John and Sandy Brito. First runner-up was Amber Miller, daughter of Tracy and Marvin Miller, who was dressed as a cluster of grapes. Second
