Sometime this summer, the building will be renovated and conservation officers will be moved to the site.

Remodeled fish hatchery building to become new home of DNR officers

The old fish hatchery building will be seeing some fresh paint and other cosmetic changes to its interior sometime this summer. According to Mark Reider of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, the building is going to be remodeled such that local conservation officers might set up offices within it.
