Kosco H2O Show Team to host 13 shows during the summer
The Kosco H2O Show Team is a group of 60 plus members will be hosting 13 shows and participating in three show competitions this summer on a variety of area lakes. The shows are themed musical productions that are presented on the shore and water. The schedule for the shows are: June 2, at Hidden Lake, Warsaw; June 9, Barbee Lake; June 16, Camp Crosley; June 23, Deer Creek Park in Noblesville; July 4, Christmas Lake, Santa Claus; July 7, Hidden Lake, Warsaw; July 21, Center Lake, Warsaw; July 28. at either Lake George or Chapman Lake; August 4, Hidden Lake, Warsaw; August 18, Pike Lake, Warsaw; August 25, Lake George or possibly Syracuse Lake; and September 1, Tippecanoe Lake at Camp Crosley.

All shows will begin at 6 p.m. Team members will also be competing in the State Championships on June 30, at Hidden Lake, Warsaw; the Illinois Invitational at Rockford, 111., on July 14; and the National Show Ski Tournament in Janesville, Wise., on August 11. Membership into Kosco H2O Show Team is open to any one. Parents and others who don’t wish to get wet can work on costumes, make up, hair, ropes, order of acts, scripts, fund raisers and other backstage helps. Youth unsure of their skiing abilities can participate in dancing and stage work while attending clinics to sharpen their skiing skills to participate in the main show. There is a membership fee, which includes membership into the American
Water Ski Association and AWSA insurance, which is a secondary coverage for all skiing and land activities sponsored by the team. Board of directors for the show team are: Chuck McLaughlin,, president; Don Laughlin, vice president; Laura Laughlin,
