J Bess 472 50, A Wiseheart 472.50 I Patricia Brown do hereby certify that the above is a true list of claims to be presented to the Kosciusko County Board of Commis sioners on May 22, 1990 NOTICE OF SALE OF TAX ANTICIPATION WARRANT OF WAWASEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION Notice is hereby given, that the Board of School Trustees of Wawasee Community School Corporation will meet at the Ad ministrative Offices of Wawasee Community School Corporation at Syracuse, Indiana, on June 12, 1990. at 7 00 P M (EST) and at said time and place will receive sealed bids on and let to the highest bidder therefore, the following described time warrants Time warrants in anticipation of taxes levied and in the sum of $1,300,000 for the General Fund and in the sum of $300,000 for the Transportation Fund dated as of the date of delivery thereof to the Purchaser or Purchasers. all such warrants shall mature September 19, 1990 with interest at a rate to be determined by this bidding payable at
maturity of the warrants. Interest shall be calculated on a 365-day basis. Principal and interest payable at the Ameritrust National Bank, Michiana, in Syracuse, Indiana, or at such other Bank In Kosciusko County, Indiana, as the Purchaser or Purchasers shall designate. It is anticipated that the time loan warrants will be delivered on or about June 19, 1990. A bid may be for all or a portion of the warrants but shall state a single rate of interest. No bids for less than par nor for less than SIOO,OOO will be considered. The warrants shall be awarded to the bidder and/or bid ders submitting the lowest net interest rate or rates after deducting therefrom the premium bid, if any, for the warrants or por tion thereof bid for. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and, if acceptable bids are not received on the sale date cover ing the warrants, the sale of the unpurchased portion thereof, may be continued from day to day thereafter, for not exceeding thirty (30) days without readvertisement of the sale. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or Cashier's check in the amount of one percent (1%) of the amount of warrants bid for, made payable to the Wawasee Com munity School Corporation to guarantee the School Corporation against default by such bidder in complying with the terms of this notice and of Its bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a non collusion affidavit as provided by law. Said warrants are being issued under the provisions of Indiana Code, Article 20, Title 5, Chapter 4, to evidence temporary loans for the purpose of obtaining funds to be used for the General Fund and the Transportation Fund for the purpose of meeting expenses of the School Corporation included in the regular budget and appropriations adopted for the year 1990 which expenses must be met prior to the June settlement and distribution of taxes in the year of 1990. There has been appropriated and pledged a sufficient amount of current revenues of the School Corporation to be derived from the General Fund Levy, the Transportation Fund Levy, and the Debt Service Fund Levy respectively, made in the year 1990 to pay the principal of and interest of said warrant at maturity. Typewritten and executed warrants and a transcript of the legal proceedings will be furnished to the successful bidder. No condi tional bids shall be considered. The warrants for each Fund of this issue shall be delivered at the time set above. The successful bidder or bidders shall accept delivery of the war rants and make payment therefore at such Bank in Kosciusko County, Indiana, as such bidder or bidders shall designate. William O.
