NEEDS REALTY WORLD. Professional Group, REALTORS Each Office Independently Owned And Operated SYRACUSE
Realty World is one of the fastest growing firms in area
“We push our personal service,” says Linda Jaggers, owner of the Syracuse location of Realty World Professional Group. “We don’t forget our clients after they buy a house, or after they sell.” Realty World has been in exsistence for almost 16 years as North America’s third largest real estate franchise firm. The Syracuse company opened in April of 1989 with just four realtors, but has since expanded to a staff of 10 serving one of the fastest growing real estate firms in the Lakeland area, Realty World knows what sells houses and what attracts buyers. Dealing primarily in residential, commercial, and rental property, Linda says the firm takes pride in the fact that they require their brokers to continue their real estate education all the time to better provide services to the customers. Local agents now with Realty World Professional Group include: Linda Jaggers, Mary Hippe, Kathy Beer, Duane Wilder, Kim Dutcher, Donna Wallace, Christine Combes, Jeanetta Slabaugh, Jackie Aalbregtse, and Debra Mignery. Over its history, the Realty World chain has proved itself a survivor. Since 1978, 43 competing franchisors have fallen by the wayside while the Realty World System remains as one of seven national real estate franchise firms. “We give credit for our success to the Realty World System’s emphasis on both results and service,” says Kenneth F. Cibroski, who joined Realty World Corporation in 1979, became president in 1980 and was named chairman in 1982. Under his leadership the company has flourished. “The Realty World family likes to be on the cutting edge of new services that we can provide to consumers. These services are directly responsible for the company’s right to call its sales associates ‘the right agents’.” In striving for excellence in this arena, the Realty World System gives its real estate professionals personalized and comprehensive training on a continuing basis, as well as the necessary marketing tools to do the
most effective job to assist home buyers and sellers. One of the newest tools, Real Value Club, offers more than 100 services and discounts to Realty World customers that can save them money on moving expenses, home appliances, tools and equipment. The Rea Line system is a nationwide relocation service that assists relocating buyers and sellers in finding a real estate agent anywhere in the United States or Canada. A Rea Loan comuter-based mortgage loan origination service located in several pilot markets enables sales associates there to actually pre-qualify and make mortgagess for their buyers. The service also provides quotes on current pricing, detailed buyer qualification information and 24-hour-a-day loan status reports. The Realty World System is proud of its’ ability to develop new franchises, adding 577 new offices during 1987 and 1988. “Venture” magazine placed Realty World Corporation among its top 50 franchisor firms nationally in 1988. Realty World Corporation plans to continue its current growth strategy. “We will work even harder to increase productivity, put more emphasis on business development, and create a people-oriented management system,” Cibroski adds. “We’re a strong franchise organization now than ever before.”
