The Contest Rules Are As Follows: 1. Contest open to children in this area, kindergarten through fourth grades. 2. Paint, pencil, magic marker or crayon may be used for coloring. 3. Entries must be received at each sponsor's firm not later than Sunday, April 8, 1990. Check store for hours. 4. Entries will be picked up at each sponsor on Monday, April 9. 5. All entries will be judged Wednesday, April 11. 6. Accuracy and appearance counts. Judge's decision will be final. 7. Mount each entry on an B'/j inch by 11 inch sheet of paper which you have labeled with name, address, phone number, school and grade. 8. Take each picture to the firm which sponsored it before the deadline for 9. Children of employees of The Papers Incorporated are not eligible for prizes.
