10 YEARS AGO, MARCH 5,1980 Mrs. Glen Treesh and Dr. T. A. Miller were named “Co-Citizens of the Year” for 1980 during the annual Milford Area Development Council’s annual banquet Saturday night. The 1979 ‘‘Citizen of the Year,” Ned Speicher, presented engraved plaques to the co-recipients, Mrs. Treesh, Milford Town Board President, and Dr. Miller, who also served the town as board president. Julia Rhodes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Rhodes, Milford, has been named to the dean’s list at Marion College for the fall semester. A 1979 graduate of Wawasee High School, Miss Rhodes is a freshman majoring in nursing at Marion College.
