PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC, INCLUDING PARENTS, TEACHERS, AND EMPLOYEE ORGANIZATIONS OF WAWASEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORPORATION, SYRACUSE, INDIANA As required by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations Part 763, Subpart E, Section 93 (g), Wawasee Community School Corpora tion (WCSC) announces to the parents, teachers, and employee organizations of the Corporation, the availability of the E. P Overmyer Hall AH ERA (Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act) management plan for inspection. This plan was submitted to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management on September 13, 1989. A com plete updated copy of this management plan is maintained in the Central Administrative Office, R.R #6, Box 213A, Syracuse, IN 46567. It is-available for inspection during normal business hours, without cost or restriction to the public, including teachers, other school personnel and their represen tatives, and parents. The school corporation may charge a reasonable fee to make copies of the management plan In addition, North Webster School, P.O. Box 358, North Webster, IN 46555 maintains in its administrative office a complete and updated copy of the management plan for E P. Overmyer Hall.
