Out of state residents arrested , Three out of state residents were arrested by Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Officers and Milford Town Marshals at 12:15 a m. Thursday, Aug. 17. Arrested were Charles Randall Hengsteler, 24, 329 W. Chillicothe, Bellefontaine, Ohio. He posted a $3,000 bond. Also, Samuel Douglas Costello, 27, 545 E. Columbus, Apt. 4, Bellefontaine, Ohio, $3,000 bond posted; and Vinie I. Costello, 30, 1848 CR 9, Bellefontaine, Ohio. No bond posted. Making the arrests were sheriff’s officers Tony Baugher and Tom Brindle and Milford Marshal Dave Hobbs and Deputy Marshal Aaron Rovenstine. The officers stated that the subjects hid their car in a corn field on the west side of Milford. The officers, alerted by a tip of the men in the area, hid their squad cars and waited for the men out. Ten pounds of marijuana was confiscated.
