Ski Bees win state show ski competition

Ski Brones served as judges for the competition. Four other
teams received invitations to the championships but didn't show. One Ski Brones representative told the North Webster squad not to be disappointed about the lack of turnout. He said just holding a state tournament is an accomplishment in itself. "We were disappointed that more teams couldn't have shown up but other than that it was great.'' said Ski Bees Show Director Jan McLaughlin.

The Ski Bees acted out a “Sadie Hawkins Daze” theme for their portion of the competition. Girls chased boys on this sunny day at Webster Lake. Lucas Realtors Better Homes and Gardens sponsored the show The Ski Bees will be in action on Saturday when they put on a show at Centre Lake in Warsaw. That will be followed by a Sunday trip to Rockford. 111., for the Illinois Invitational
