Notice is hereby given that the following described lands and lots have returned delinquent for the non-payment of taxes for the year 1988 and prior years to the County Auditor of Kosciusko County, Indiana by the County Treasurer, and the entire descriptions as below advertised, will be sold at public auction for the discharge of said taxes, interests, penalties and costs thereon by the County Treasurer at the Basement Meeting Room in the Kosciusko County Justice Building In the City of Warsaw, Indiana on the first Monday of October being the 3rd day of October, 1988 commencing at the hour of 10:00 AM EST of said day. Notice is given that sale shall be to the person offering the highest bld, that Is the most money for the entire parcel offered for sale. The excess over and above the amount of advertising plus other costs and any other taxes then a Hen on such description will be applied to other delinquent property tax of the owner of the parcel sold. Tax certificates issued will be for the amount of the sale. Notice is given that the taxes for the year 1987 payable In the year 1988 are a Hen on the estate hereinafter described and are included in the amount of said taxes listed for the sale plus the costs to discover and notify mortgages and other persons with a substantial property interest plus advertising costs. Two-car accident results in arrest

A Syracuse man was arrested for failure to yield the right of way after his car struck another in Syracuse on Wednesday, Sept. 7, at 11:03 a.m. Timothy A. Schroeder, 19, Syracuse, was proceeding from the east side of a barber shop and struck the side of a 1987 Plymouth van, driven by Vincent Barbera, 62, Wood Dale, 111., which was traveling east on Maple Grove St. Barbera complained of pain to his chest and was treated at the scene by Syracuse EMS. Damage was estimated at up to $5,000 to each vehicle. School Parking Lot Two cars collided in the Wawasee High School parking lot at 3:13 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7. Krista L.
