The new building, designed by project architect Phillip Panzica, will be constructed by Panzica Construction, Inc. of South Bend, a triad of companies that guides construction from design to finished project and utilizes local contractors whenever possible. Done in a post-modern design, the interior of the building features demountable walls for future reorganization of space and a color scheme to promote a relaxed, unpressured environment. Home Health Care Services, which provides part-time professional nursing in the home, a free clinic for children of low income families and a Hospice program, is expecting that construction' will take about four months. « Smartman , The wise man doesn’t expect to find life worth living; he makes.it that way. —Grit.
