I would climb a bean stalk with Jack and Jill and found a remote control car and bike. — Joey C. I’m lucky — when I get a toy crane and when I get pet kittens and dogs. When I get to see the Statue of Liberty. — Jared >, When I did not have to go to school I would be lucky. And K didn’t have to do any work at-'' home. biggest man in the world. — Jeff M. A NUMBER of policy changes were approved by the Milford Town Board at a recent meeting. Included is the fact that, unlike many towns, the police vehicle should not by used for personal business out of the town of Milford. If the officer on duty wishes to leave town while on call, the officer will notify the dispatcher regarding his location and a phone number where he can be reached. The vehicle may be used at the descretion of the officer while in the town limits of Milford. Transportation of passengers and family members or riders, within the town limits is allowed, as long as the officers do not abuse the privilege. Passengers other than the police officer and prisoner must sign a waiver for the protection of the police officer and the town of Milford. If complaints of abuse are received, either by the department or the town board of trustees, a determination will be made by the department or the town board. The town board also decided that if an officer is working oh Sunday and wishes to attend church services, he is allowed to do so if he first advises the dispatcher of his location and a telephone number where he can be reached in case of an emergency. If an officer attends church outside the town limits of Milford, he is to use his personal vehicle. VAN BUREN Township Trustee Marcia Baumgartner reports her assessors have moved from the Dewart Lake area to
the town of Milford. They are going door to door, beginning on the north side of town. When the assessor stops at a house and finds no one home, she will leave a yellow tag and a green piece of paper for the homeowner. Persons with questions should contact the trustee. SHARON PRUITT, formerly of Milford, is doing well at college in Louisville, Ky., carrying a 97 percent on her way to LPN. She has her cap and will graduate in September. She is now working in hospitals part time and is doing really well. She has been in the operating rooms watching very important surgery. Residents of the Milford area

Will remember Sharon and her late husband, Wenzel. They moved to Louisville after he became ill. Sharon took constant care of him for years until his death in January of 1987. 5 Wenzel was an employee of Chore-Time for many years and Sharon was an employee of Brock Mfg. Linda Ray notes, “Sharon should be an inspiration to us all. Even after losing a loved one and after caring for, him for so many years, there is a life ahead. I’m sure everyone in Milford remembers how devoted Sharon was to Wenzel. She gave him more love and care than the average person can say that they gave anyone. Both of her sons are still in the armed forces and her stepson lives in Louisville. “Anyone caring to send a note
