Board of School Trustees F. 17-24 NOTICE TO BIDDERS COMPUTER BID February 9,1988 The Board of School Trustees ot the Wawasee Community School Corporation, Kosciusko County, Syracuse, Indiana, desires to receive bids for computers, specifically, 30 IBM PS 2 - Model 30,23 IBM Proprinters 4201, 4 IBM Proprinters 4208, and 3 IBM Quietwriters. Bidders submitting alternate equipment shall warrant said alternates to equal or exceed specifications. In order to be considered, all bids shall be received in the office of Dr. Howard J. Hull, Assistant Superintendent of the Wawasee Community School Corporation, R.R. #3, Box 662A, Syracuse, Indiana, 46567, on or before 10:00 A.M., March 7,1988. All bids submitted shall be valid for a period of at least 90 days, beginning March 7, 1988. Bids will be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form No. 95 — all parts of which will be attached and properly filled out. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified or bank officer's check made payable to the order of the Wawasee Community School Corporation, or an acceptable bidders bond in. favor of said school corporation for an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of thfe proposal. Copies of detailed instruction to bidders and specifications may be obtained In the office of the Assistant Superintendent at R.R. #3, Box 662A, Syracuse, Indiana, 46567. The Board of School Trustees of said school corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formalities therein. All bids must be marked "Bld on Computers" on the outside of the envelope. Bids must fully explain all the terms and conditions of the offer being made. Dated the 9th day of February, 1988.
