Fellowship important at Morris Chapel Church

Morris Chapel Methodist Church, at CR 150 N and 575E, northwest of Pierceton, has a congregation to which fellowship is very important. Each month a carry-in family dinner is held at the church, which has a fully modem kitchen facility Member Mary Brown said that when the church was built in 1965 the kitchen was installed complete with triple sinks, sprays and ’ other features to meet health i department standards. At that I time the church sold baked goods I at the county fair, so baking was done in the approved kitchen instead of in member homes. Mrs. Brown said there has been much activity at the church this I summer as the building received a complete new roof to solve some nagging leaking problems. The pastor at Morris Chapel is now Dan Walcott and the Sunday school superintendent is Robert
