Notice Is hereby given that the following described lands and lots have returned delinquent for the non payment of taxes for the year I»S7 and prior years to the County Auditor of Kosciusko County. Indiana by the County Treasurer, and the entire descriptions as below advertised, will be sold at public auction for the discharge of said taxes. IRS error ATLANTA — A federal jury has indicated a federal prisoner who was mistakenly sent >359,380.25 by the Internal Revenue Service and failed to return the money. The IRS was trying to collect >2 million in back taxes in 1985 from Joseph H. Hale, who was serving a fiveyear tarn for fraud. But the IRS made a computer error, and the $359,380.25 check was mailed.
