A series of burglaries in Leesburg is the “Crime of the Week.” Within the last three weeks several businesses in Leesburg have been burglarized. These included the Leesburg Quick Mart, the Arco Express station. Eve's Lunch. Room and the Leesburg Elementary School. Items taken have included cigarettes, cash, a Quasar VCR. a Minolta camera, a Panasonic telephone and a Panasonic tape recorder. Persons with information regarding these incidents are asked to contact Crime Stoppers, toll-free, at 1-800-342-STOP.
