proval from the Kosciusko Alcoholic Beverage Commission to continue doing business. Neighbors have voiced objections against The Other Side during the last year, requesting that the business not receive license renewal. During this time, a video and a petition were turned over to the ABC, showing and stating the exact acts that were considered to be problems by neighbors. The petition had over 80 names on it and stated: We, residents of the neighborhood in which The Other Side is located request that their license not be renewed until they have fulfilled their promise made to the neighborhood. Three things were included in the promise: that the fence now in place be extended to the road as far and as high as legally allowed; that a deputy be hired for security and to control noise and crowds in the area outride the tavern; and that doors be kept closed with the music is playing. Petitioners also requested that the business have at least onemonth during peak business season to determine if this would take tare of the problems which had occurred last summer. They stipulated that the main problems included, excessive
