Syracuse Street/Old SR 15 North. A permanent sidewalk easement (0.004-acre) also will be required at the southwest corner of Syracuse and Main Street. The project includes a new off site storm sewer system for water collected in the curb and gutter sec tion which will require a 25-foot (0.3-acre) permanent easement between Section Street and Turkey Creek. Approximately 5-foot wide strips (1.2 acres) of temporary right-of-way will be required on each side of the street project for driveway and slope construction. Removal of the roadway section on Syracuse Street between SR 15 and James Street will require the road to be closed dur ing the construction period. The remainder of the roadway resurfacing will be done with the roadway open to thru traffic.
