“CVN is a great addition to Warner’s selection of cable television services,” said Warner general manager Tom Flora “The broad array of quality products offered through CVN will give our viewers more shopping choices than any similar cable shopping service. ” Flora added, “We’ve been working hard to bring CVN to our customers here. We’ve evaluated their operations, been assured of the quality and their guarantee of complete customer satisfaction or money refunded.” CVN can be seen on Warner’s channel 27, 24 hours a day, beginning November 1. The televised shopping service, available only
on cable/satellite services, originates in a 500,000 square foot studio/warehouse in Minneapolis, Minn. To purchase a product shown on CVN, day or night, a customer calls their toll-free number, places an order on VISA, Mastercard or American Express and receives their purchase in a few days. CVN also accepts personal checks and will ship merchandise upon receipt of payment.
