NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Warsaw Community Schools will receive sealed bids in the Office of the Superintendent, 303 East Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana, until 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 9, 1986, for two (2) portable classrooms. Blds received after 10:00 a.m. on that date will be returned unopened. Contractors shall bid on providing two modular classrooms nominally 24' x 40' when set in place Each classroom shall be made up from two modules 12' x 40' built on steel undercarriages which shall be transported to the site and assembled on block piers, skirted, anchored, hooked up to utilities, equipped with stairs and handicapped access ramps, and finished inside and out. Used units may be bid provided they can be modified to meet the Engineer s specifications. Bids shall be executed on Form No. 96 with noncollusion affidavit and Questionnaire Form No. 96A accompanied by a satisfac tory bid bond or certified check made payable to Warsaw Community Schools for not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid price The check or bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages in case of failure of any successful bidder to enter into a contract within ten (10) days after notification of ac ceptance of proposal.
