Reception to honor Helman

A. Blair Helman, retiring president of Manchester College, North Manchester, Ind., will be honored at a public reception Sunday, April 27, with his wife, Patricia, at the college’s Cordier Auditorium from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The recognition reception will focus on Manchester College s achievements under the 30-year Helman presidency. A formal 3 p.m. recognition program will split the afternoon reception into two sessions, 2-3 p.m. and 4-5:30 p.m. Friends of Manchester College will join college students, faculty, staff, and alumni at the ApcU 27 public reception. Helman will officially close his Manchester College presidency June 30.
