He was buried. But three days afterwards He arose from the grave just as He said He would. Death, with its dominions of darkness, could not put out His light. Death, with Easter

In the presence of His fierce foes He arose a victor from the dark domain! Because He did, Christ the Lord does have rhythm, that is, good timing. Over the past 15 years, Jensen’s 200 songs have been recorded over 2,000 times in 15 different languages. Some of bis well-known songs include “Redemption Draweth Nigh,” “He’s as Close as the Mention of His Name,” “I Should Have Been Crucified” and “Bigger Than Any Mountain.” With songs recorded by Cynthia Clawson, The Imperials, Dallas Hohn, Evie, Jimmy Swaggart, Doug Oldham, The Oak Ridge Boys, The Cruse Family and Roy Acuff, Jensen’s track record is a veritable “Who’s Who” of Christian music. Jensen has been nominated five times for “songwriter of the year” honors by the Gospel Music Association and several of his songs have garnered the GMA’s “top ten songs of the year” distinction. Touring plays a major part in his life. Averaging over 100 personal appearances a year, his travels have taken him before audiences throughout the United States, Canada, the West Indies, Scandinavia, Europe and Africa.
