Legals PUBLIC NOTICE On or about October 19, 1985, the Town of Milford intends to apply to'the Indiana Department of Commerce for a grant from the Community Improvement Program of the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant. This program is funded by $9.0 million from Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended. These funds are to be used for economic development, public facilities and housing projects. The purpose of this application shall be for the construction of a separate storm sewer from Syracuse Street Turkey Creek. The application is for $287,500 of assistance and approximately $146,625 of this assistance will be used to benefit low and moderate income persons. The Town of Milford will hold a public hearing on September 14, 1985, at 6:30 p.m., in the Town Hall to provide citizens an oppor tunity to express their views on community development and-housing needs, past community development and housing activities and the proposed storm sewer. In the previous year(s), the Town of Milford has received Community Development Block Grant funds for the following activities: I I P — 1982 — Low Interest loan to local Industry for expansion — IDIP — 1982 — Water System Improvement. Records regarding the accounting of these beneficiaries and funds are available from the address listed below. Interested citizens are Invited to provide comments regarding these issues either at the public hearing or by prior written statement. This notice is published pursuant to Section 18(c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
