Court rules WASHINGTON - In a sharp setback for organized labor, the Supreme Court ruled recently that a company may unilaterally scrap its union contracts immediately after filing for reorganization under federal bankruptcy laws. Bids will be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form No. 95. All parts of which will be attached and properly filled out. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable cer titled or bank officer's check made payable to the order of the Warsaw Community School Corporation, or an acceptable bidders bond in favor of said school corporation for an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal.
