Eagle Scout, Kick Thompson and Scout, Mark Ray, discussed and demonstrated the proper care of the flag at the Friday morning, Sept. 7. Kiwanis meeting. Rick said a flag should never be soiled, never touch the ground and always be properly folded. Rick and Mark then demonstrated the proper way to fold a flag.
