F y North Webster ' A PUBLIC * BEACH

f FUND DRIVE — After two years of planning, the North Webster Public Beach is well on the way to becoming a reality. Federal matching funds of SIOO,OOO from the Land and Water Conservation Fund have been provided to the North Webster Park Board for the purchase of land and the construction of a beach. The International Palace of Sports will take out a SIOO,OOO loan to give to the town of North Webster so that it can match the federal funds. The Palace now needs pledges to help repay the loan. Donations may be sent to the Palace oLSports or the Lakeland branch of the Lake City Bank, North Webster. All donations are tax deductible. In addition. Lions Club members will be stationed at the traffic light in North Webster on Saturday, Aug. 11, to accept donations.
