Richard, Director Jy.lo-25 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Board of School Trustees of the Warsaw Community Schools, Kosciusko County, Indiana, will receive sealed bids until 12:00 p.m. In the Office of the Superintendent of Schools, 303 East Main Street, Warsaw, Indiana, on Tuesday, July 31, 1944, for Dairy, Ice Cream, Bakery Products, Meat (Raw/Cooked), Canned Fruit, Canned Vegetables, Cafeteria Paper Supplies, and other miscellaneous products Bids will be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form No. 95, all parts of which will be attached and properly filled out. Each bld shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified or bank officers check made payable to the order of said School Corporation or acceptable bidder's bond in favor of said School Corporation for an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal. The check or bond shall be forfeited as liquidated damages in case of failure of any successful bidder to enter Into contract within ten (10) days after notification of acceptance of his proposal. The date of delivery of said products will be agreed upon mutual consent of the School Trustees and successful bidder at the time of entering into the contract.
