ment procedure the chamber is now offering to tourist an informational brochure of the Tippecanoe Township Lakes area. The idea of a brochure was seeded in the chamber’s first
year and during the Community Pride month, the suggestion box polls unanimously confirmed the desire. Many people were involved in the formation of the committee, chaired by Bob List, an area photographer and chamber member. In addition to the chamber committee the North Webster Lady Lions Club, as a “community project,” donated time and labor to organize, correlate and assemble the brochures and ready them for distribution. The chamber is currently in its 1984 membership drive, renewing 1983 memberships and seeking new members to participate in the fiscal 1984 year. The chamber membership is open to area businesses, non-profit organizations and concerned individuals who are interested in developing the North Webster-Tippy Township area as a more viable business, commercial, civic and economic center. The next meeting of the chamber will be June 18 in Camelot Hall at 7 p.m. Members and guests are encouraged to attend. NAMED TO POSITION — Lake City Bank officials have announced that Betty McHenry has been named auditor, loan review and compliance officer.
