THIRD ANNUAL FRESHMEN WELCOME - There were 215 incoming freshmen participating in the third annual freshmen welcome on Thursday evening. May 24, from 7-10:30 p.m. at Wawasee High School. The activity gave the new freshmen the opportunity to get acquainted with the high school and make new friends. In addition to the freshmen there were also 125 parents attending to meet with Dr. Howard Hull, principal; Donn Kesler, vice principal; and staff. The evening was filled with activities, including relay races.

WHS honor roll announced

Dr Howard J. Hull, principal at Wawasee High School, has released the names of those students who have attained honor roll status for the fourth nine-week grading period of the 1983-1984 school year.

Miss Bice received a bachelor of science degree in nursing. At Saint Mary’s, she was a member of the Student Nurses Association. While in college, she was employed part-time as a nurse technician at Kosciusko Community Hospital.
