Residents booked at county jail

A number of local residents were booked in the Kosciusko County Jail on various charges during the past week. All were released on their own recognizance. Following is a list of booking: Paul Frederick Fergison, 20, r 1 Syracuse, booked on a charge of conversion. Mary A. Christofides, 36, r 3 Syracuse, booked on a charge of conversion. Barry Alan Coy, 26 r 2 Syracuse, charged with public intoxication Michael Keith Waggoner, 20, r 3 Syracuse, booked with driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated Willard Arthur Sanders. 24, Syracuse, charged with public intoxication Kevin Lee Kern, 27, r 1 North Webster, charged with driving while intoxicated Penny Marie Lockheart, 22, r 2 Syracuse, booked and charged with driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated A 15-year-old North Webster youth was charged with burglary. He was not released on his own recognizance.

•mount of the bid and payable to " Lakeland Community School Corporation" to guarantee the School Corporation against default by such bidder in complying with the terms of this Notice and his bid.
