10 YEARS AGO, APRIL 17,1974 Mr. and Mrs. Glen Treesh of Milford, had weekend guests of staff Sgt. and Mrs. James Rummel and sons, Jimmy, Jason and Shawn, of Quantico. Va. The first was on Tuesday, when sparks from a passing train caused a fire to start on the farm of Maurice Duncan south of town. The second fire call was at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday and was a grass fire at Mr. and Mrs. Coalter Loncor’s of south of Milford. pany from Terre Haute to help speed the work on the bridges along SR 15. The widening of the highway made it necessary to : tear away parts of the bridges and widen the banisters.
