Windows broken by vandals Rev. Hudson reported that a number of windows have been broken out of his church located on South Harrison Street, Syracuse. The windows were broken by vandals throwing rocks.

No person, firm or corporation shall har bor, hold for sale, sell, keep or maintain in the Town of Syracuse, Indiana, any attack dog. unless: (A) The said attack dog shall be at all times confined in an escape proof enclosure, and (B) The said attack dog, when not thus confined, shall be firmly reined or tethered to its master, owner or keeper over the age of eighteen (18) years Section 4. The provisions and prohibitions hereinabove related shall not be applicable to: (A) A licensed veterinarian or the premises of a licensed veterinarian while such animal, reptile or attack dog is held or harbored by such licensed veterinarian at the premises of the veterinarian for proses sional medical or other treatment exclusive of merely feeding or lodging the same; and (B) A holder of a currently valid permit issued by a proper State or Federal authority authorized to keep such animals, reptiles or attack dogs tor scientific research or study pursuant tosuchpermit; and (C) Duly authorized and acting members of the Police or other law enforcement
