Section 2. Cargo Vehicle Defined. A "cargo vehicle" is any motor vehicle designed or used primarily for the purpose of carrying cargo and having more than two (2) axles, whether such axles are upon any single vehicle or of any combination of vehicle and trailer attached in tandem. Section 3. Prohibition of Travel. No cargo vehicle shall be moved upon any street or alley within the Town of North Webster except upon a truck route, except that such motor vehicle may drive upon any street in the Town which lies upon the most direct route of a cargo vehicle from a truck route to a point at which it is to deliver or pick up cargo, or to its place of garagement, or to a place or repair tor repairs, or at the direction of a police officer (or following a duly marked detour of a truck route). Section 4. Violation of Ordinance. Any person violating the provisions of this Ordinance shall be fined in an amount not greater than the sum of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each offense in any Court of competent jurisdiction. AH fines shall be payable at the Office of the Town Clerk ot the Town of North Webster at the Town Hall within twenty four (24) hours after the issuance of notice of said violation. For failure to pay fines as herein provided or for additional offenses, the arresting police officer shall file an affidavit in a Court of competent jurisdiction alleging the violation of any Section of this Ordinance Section $. Motorcyclists wishing to obtain the motorcycle endorsement on their licenses this fall should begin procedures immediately.
