Leesburg man in accident Douglas E. Fraser, 36, r 1 Warsaw , started to make a right-hand ■ turn from North Harrison Street onto East Center Street in Warsaw recently and told authorities , he did not see another auto pull < up alongside his turck in the right 1 lane. Fraser’s truck collided with J a car driven by Megan Kincaide, . 24, Warsaw. There was between i S2OO and SI,OOO damage to the 1 truck, and between $l,OOl and , $2,000 damage to the Kincaide i auto, police estimated. '
