This is easily understandable, considering that the operation and maintenance of the family car is probably the most expensive item in our personal energy budgets. Public transportation is an altenative to the singlepassenger automobile and costly transportation fuel. The Indiana Department of Commerce/Division of Energy Policy has prepared a Public Transportation Map to aid Hoosiers in locating all scheduled city and county bus services, rail passenger services, and the location of air passenger terminals. The map also identifies many recreational, cultural, historical and educational sites in Indiana. For more information contact the Indiana Energy Hotline at 1-800-382-4631. mmmamnm—mmmam
