As and for an exception- to the terms, provisions and times set forth and specified herein shall be the use of the boat launch ramp located in the park commonly known and referred to as "Railroad Park", and the reasonable use and enjoyment of said boat launch ramp may be made at all times, and such use and enjoyment is expected herefrom. Section S. The Board of Trustees of the Town of Syracuse hereby reserves the right and privilege to allow for the use of. and for persons to go in and upon the premises of any of Its parks at times other than specified herein after proper request therefor has been made to and approval thereof granted by said Board of Trustees. Section 6. Appropriate signs shall be posted and erected In each said park giving notices of the terms and provisions of this Ordinance, and when such signs are posted and erected no person shall violate the terms and provisions hereof. Section 7. That any person in violation of any of the terms and provisions of this Ordinance shall be considered and determined to have committed trespass upon the real estate owned by the Town of
