Conclude successful winter sports program
One of the most successful winter sports season s in the history of Wawasee High School officially came to a close last night (Tuesday) as about 400 students, parents, coaches and guests attended the annual winter sports award banquet. Several team trophies were awarded to the five varsity sports teams for the 1982-83 season. The NLC championship trophy, for the boys’ basketball season was presented by the senior members of coach John Wysong’s team. The Lewis Cass Invitational swimming firstplace trophy was presented by senior diver Greg Day. The
