would be difficult for any student of history to assume that the founding fathers and great leaders of our free land were anything but devoutly religious men. When they established our present system of government, which was based on the principle of allowing us as much freedom as possible, they invariably downplayed their own efforts and attributed the results they achieved to divine guidance and the example of the laws set forth in the Bible, which is filled with references to human liberty. Whether or not we happen to be celebrating their birthdays at the moment, out finest tribute to them is our regular attendance at our House of Worship, which we are allowed to choose ourselves because of their faith and foresight, and where we should thank God for the privilege of living under this system of freedom which was their great legacy to us.
