She is 18 years old. has blonde hair, hazel eyes and is five-foot tall. Lisa is a 1982 graduate of Delta High School. George Custer was the youngest American man ever to make rank of General in the American army—he achieved that by age 23.

She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Rudig. Andrews. Seated are Candy Ulshafer. Columbia City, first runner-up. and Sandy Lozano. Milford, second runner-up. ‘ Standing are princesses Karen Moser of Bluffton and Laurie (Pryor) Davis of Charleston. 111. Lisa is at the festival this week and will help to crown her successor during ceremonies to be held on Saturday beginning at 8 p.m. in the North Webster Junior High gym.
