Important Syracuse Youth League meeting Bob Troison. president of the Syracuse Youth Leagues, has catted au important meeting for£:4s a.m. on Saturday. May 8. for all participants, it is important that alt players — T-bail. minor, major, pony, girls' softball and girls* travel — coaches and parents attend the meeting. It will be held in the fellowship hall of the Saint Andrew’s United Methodist Church with those attending the meeting urged to use the south door. May 8 also begins the annual Syracuse Youth League fund raising project. This year the youngsters will he selling NFL tumblers and all-purpose cleaner. Youngsters will be going door to door Mlay 8-14. Money will go to support the summer program. With 358 youngsters enrolled the cost per youngster is 135. The registration fee covers only a portion of this expense the rest is raised during the annual project. This year, thus far. only 2*4 are registered.

Milford Junior High School's seventh and eighth grade girls' track team won its second meet last Friday when they defeated Wakarusa 71-29.
